First 30 Days
If you are dissatisfied at any time during the first 30 days after purchase, simply return all physical products we shipped to you and ask for a full refund. You will get your money back. That’s a firm promise and commitment.
After 30 Days
If for some reason you are dissatisfied more than 30 days after purchasing, you may request a refund that will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
In order to obtain a full or partial refund under this policy, physical products should be shipped at your expense to the address listed below. You must include your purchase information and the products need to be in original condition. Returned physical products are subject to a re-stocking fee equivalent to 10 percent of the purchase price.
